Administrator Deletion Process
Account deletion by an administrator follows a strict process:
- Verification of the identity of the person making the request
- Review of account history and transactions
- Verification of no open disputes
- Secure archiving of legally required data
- Permanent deletion of personal data
This process may take up to 30 business days to complete.
Account Creation Process
- Every account must undergo mandatory verification after registration. This verification may take up to 24 hours.
- The profile must contain:
- A full name (first and last name);
- A valid professional or personal email address;
- A 15-character exactly password including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
- The password and its confirmation must match. In case of error, the system will block account creation.
- The user must accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before account validation.
- If the rules are not followed, account creation is automatically blocked with an explicit error message.
- A verification email is sent after registration. Until confirmed, the account remains inactive.
- Any unverified account or one not meeting conditions will be suspended without appeal.
- Only one email address is allowed per user. Duplicates will be detected and removed.
- Professional addresses must belong to authorized domains. Temporary or disposable addresses are prohibited.
Password Requirements
Your password must contain at least:
- Exactly 15 characters
- One uppercase letter (A-Z)
- One lowercase letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)
Account Security
We use bank-level encryption (SSL 256-bit) to protect your personal data. Your password is hashed and salted before being stored in our database.
Identity Verification

Two-Factor Authentication

Verification and Age

Once your account is verified, your age cannot be changed. You can however modify your name, profile text, or photo every two days.
If you wish to change your age, go to your profile and click "Submit New Verification". A second verification will be performed: if not approved, your account will be blocked within 24 to 48 hours.
You can appeal only if you believe a mistake was made on your profile. To do so, contact our customer service with the necessary proof.
Never share your personal email on your profile. Moderators will remove any publicly visible contact information.
