1. Minimum Age Requirement: 16 Years

Why is this rule mandatory?

Ayham Shop is built to operate in a serious, structured, and reliable way. We only accept sellers who are 16 years or older, and here’s why:

a) Maturity and Responsibility

• Handling communication with customers
• Writing clear and honest product descriptions
• Meeting deadlines (price, delivery, etc.)
• Responding quickly and respectfully

Below that age, we’ve seen many issues: delays, scams, miscommunication, etc.

b) Trust and Professionalism

Buyers need to feel confident. Younger sellers may cause distrust or unnecessary problems.

c) Rule Respect

We have strict but simple rules. People 16+ are more likely to understand and follow them.

d) Protecting Younger Users

Under 16, you may not yet be aware of the risks in online selling (scams, image theft, legal responsibility). We enforce this to protect you.

2. Product Posting Fees

All sellers must pay a small fee to post, to support the shop and filter serious sellers only.

• 5 products: 4€
• Unlimited products for 1 month: 7€
